I've used Country Financial for years for auto and home. I haven't shopped rates since they've been easy to work with whenever I've had a claim so I've become loyal to them. I've heard stories from friends and family that had others (Progressive in particular) who had nothing but headaches dealing with them when you actually need help. Cheapest rate may be great if you never actually have a claim come up, but if your in an accident or have storm damage to your house the last thing I want is to be stressed by my insurance company.
