I just recently switched to Dark Rage though. You get a better workout on it than Shotgun, but it's not very easy on the stomach. I recommend sticking with Shotgun.

I figure I am going to stick with this until March, take a month off from supplements and then do the muscletech two month stack. I want to be ripped come May.
