His core fanbase is little kids/little girls, and I don't think they want to risk losing it with a heel turn.

Funny thing is, the WWE audience right now gets all confused anyway. It's nothing out of the ordinary to hear them cheering heels, happens with Edge and Orton all the time.

I still think one of the coolest things to happen recently was the reeruned "Orton/Cena versus Raw" match a couple of weeks ago (I don't mean the match itself was reeruned, just the idea of it...). By the end of that match, that crowd was tearing the roof off cheering for the two of them, the mortal enemies.

As for Flair, I have no idea, but my guess is Flair loses, and it wouldn't shock me for one of them to 'screw' the other over by ending the match early against the script to make sure he loses. Because you know both of them want to put the other one over.
