He's actually been good since May, but he still doesn't get the call up. Gets passed on every call up, so the trash can continue to get lit up, because DM thinks he can get something of value from the trash heap. Dayton must think it's like picking up aluminum pop cans, 1 isn't going to get you much, but if you have a shit ton of cans you'll get some decent money. Unfortunately, you can't bunch together a bunch of players with little value, so you can get a better player.
