People comparing him to Marty. He's frustrating as hell. But he has seen a super bowl. And there's only a tiny % chance we find a coach who can be better. And a huge chance we spend a decade cycling through terrible coaches. We need him to be better and we shouldn't let his mistakes go. But we're delusional if we think it's not an enormous gamble to try to find someone else.

Do like Tom Moore and Peyton Manning under Dungy - Dungy was a defensive coach who was a fantastic game manager, and he let Moore and Manning run their offense to record breaking success...and a Super Bowl win.
