“You know I really wouldn’t,” Hunt said. “Obviously, we have an interesting dynamic in regards to Colin in that we have Alex Smith as our starter. Because of that, I wouldn’t anticipate that Andy (Reid) would come to me with that.

Maybe now that Alex is gone, Kaepernick should have his agent check in with the Chiefs again for the backup job.
