According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

There was a snippet on the Today Show, in which one of the hosts was given an NFL standard game ball, and another ball that was deflated by 2lbs. According to her, she could feel a significant difference.

On sports.yahoo.com the guy said that when Tom Brady first walked into that press conference.....he was visibly scared and he had never seen that before with Brady.

he said there wasn't a single football he ever played with in his career where he didn't ok it before he used it ... he said the equipment manager came up to him and said, "ok Mark the balls are ready ... let us know what you think."

He said there isn't a QB in the NFL that wouldn't be 100% involved in every football they use in the game.

Said it was "tough to swallow" what Brady just said.
