If that’s pure speculation then so is the argument of “if Poles didn’t want Bienemy…then that’s telling”. We don’t know that he didn’t. He could have just wanted Eberflus more.

Right?
He didn't even interview him dude.

Probably because they both had their mind made up on Eberflus because he was on both of their lists.

Zac Taylor was like 9-23 before Burrow came along, now he's a goddamn genius. Meanwhile, stats show that black coaches aren't likely to get the time that Taylor (as one example) did to turn it around.

Culley won 4 games with Davis ****ing Mills and the worst roster in the league, and Flores (again, just two examples) was fired after back to back winning seasons where the owner wanted to tank - with a similarly shitty roster.
Mike Brown is notoriously frugal and employed the longest tenured HC to never win a PO game well past when he should have been fired who was black.

The Texans aren’t a good example either given how inept they are and Cullet was doomed from the start. Additionally, they have had a black GM before.

This is the point, the claim is systematic racism which is ****ing absurd.

Flores had a better record in those first two years with a fraction of the talent, and certainly without a generational QB.
Oh I’m the one that can’t see the difference in these situations?

The Bengals weren’t going to fire Taylor after year 2 when Burrow didn’t even play more than 10 games as a rookie. Of course he was going to get a full year with his young QB, and he’s in the SB now. It’s a stupid ****ing example.

Yes, the Dolphins ****ed up taking Tua, but Tua is their QB now. Why would they want a HC who hates their QB now though? Especially after a disappointing season. It’s not hard to see why they fired him, even if you think what happened to Flores was unfortunate.

Sure, the Dolphins are incompetent, and that didn’t help at all. That doesn’t mean they’re racist.

Not the last 2 years.

Flores didn’t get the job done on a team with high expectation this year. It’s really that simple.

If you lose 7 in a row in year 3, you’re probably getting fired.

If you go to the SB, your job is safe.

There’s no comparison between Flores and Taylor. JFC.
This might be the most disingenuous thing you've posted in this thread, and that's saying a lot.

You seem mighty focused on the 7 losses in a row, how many did they win to overcome that start?

I'll give you this, you're a master at taking a small piece of people's posts and twisting it to your worldview, while ignoring literally everything else.

Kudos. Seriously, I mean it. Quite the skill.

No sarcasm.

I think the Dolphins are incompetent, but far from racist considering they were literally the only team in the NFL to employ a black GM and HC last season. With the GM having say over hiring Flores.

And the GM is still there.

More wins = WAY MORE MONEY

I agree, they love $$$, which is exactly why they're going to hire who they think will win the most.

Again, it's why they don't hire white guys to play corner.

Hue Jackson was given a third season after going 1-31 in his first two years as Cleveland’s HC. When he was fired midway through his third season he was 2-5-1 at the time.

Zac Taylor was also given a third season after going 6-25-1 in his first two years as a HC.

Taylor’s third season is going “slightly” better than Hue Jackson’s third season.

Flores explained in the lawsuit why he got fired. Its all right there and it had nothing to do with race.

Is Chris Grier, a black general manager for the Dolphins, racist for firing a black coach, Brian Flores?

That’s what you’re making your argument seem like.
