Injuries are always an issue and they don't just go away. When the margins are this thin a little bit of a fall off can hurt.

Look at last year with Berry, Hitchens, Watkins etc.

Once Poe started having back issues, he wasn't really ever the same. Hopefully that's not the case here.

This is highly dependent on what the issue is. For Poe and Ford, they had a problem with a disc in their back and needed surgery to have extra support.

According to reports, Schwartz had his back lock up on him. That sounds pretty normal for many players at the start of camp.

Couple questions, I’m gonna be in Parkville visiting my parents first part of next week. It’s not too far from camp and was thinking about surprising my boys by taking them there. Any idea on costs, things I’d need to know, etc. It’d be for their bday. Thanks

Well, if it's just a tight back that could be an ok thing, but we know Andy isn't exactly forthcoming with injuries so we don't really know.

Any back injury is always a concern, just because a pulled muscle can cause the chain the weaken leading to worse things.

Matt Derrick is on 810 talking about the injuries and such. Pretty good insight.

Doesn't seem to worried about anything right now, saying they won't push anyone this early so unless guys are still out in a few days, then worry.
