So how in the living mother****ing hell do you post a picture without using the attachment button.

All you do is copy the link to the picture and click the little yellow box above the reply space. Then put in the link and push ok.

If the picture is on your computer/phone, you'll have to upload it to a hosting site like Imgur and then embed the link here in your post (with the [img ] tags).

You have to embed it. Gotta copy a long code on the website and paste it here.


Even when I embed it it only loads like half the time for me.

This doesn't actually work for everyone.

When I try to quote a post that has an embedded video, I get a warning message and it strips out the video.

I have wondered if this is because I have a subscription to Google play.

To add to this, if the picture is currently just on your own computer, you'll have to upload it somewhere if you don't like the way attachments work. Imgur.com is my go-to.

On desktop, simply hover your mouse pointer over the video, right click, and select "Copy embed code." Paste the result into the message.
