Chiefs vs Broncos predictions

I've enjoyed making these for games earlier in the year, so why not make one for the biggest game in recent Chiefs history?

What I hope happens

Charles has a monster game. He finishes the game with 26 rushes for 158 yards and a TD. He also catches 8 passes for 75 yards.

Alex Smith shows he has the ability to be more than just a game manager, throwing for 263 yards and two TDs. More importantly, he has no turnovers on the day.

The Chiefs defense and special teams come up big. Succop hits all 3 of his FG tries, including 2 from 50 plus yards. The Chiefs defense sacks Manning 5 times, causing a fumble on a strip sack by Derrick Johnson. Marcus Cooper returns a Manning INT for a TD.

Chiefs win 37-28

It's quite clear the only reason Alex looked halfway passable in SF is because his attempts were severely limited.

Now that he's being asked to do more he looks like hot garbage.

That's why his YPA and completion percentage have plummeted below Matt Cassel levels.

Bullshit, asshole. None of those guys made significant improvements.

What awful ****ing examples. They were all elite or near-elite by their 80th start.

I'd hope that Alex's second half of his career is better than his first. The first half isn't all that impressive.

People can change, but typically the best indicator of future performance is past performance.

I'll gladly subscribe to The Cotton Candy and Rainbows Newsletter if he kills it in the second half of the season and this offense starts to carry its own weight. We can't count on the defense to do everything for us the rest of the year. They might, but that's a pretty tall ****ing order.

Nope. Haven't been right yet, about anything. What prediction did you make you were correct about?

I remember you saying Alex couldn't win doing this and that. We are 9-0. Where were you right? What you have predicted correctly?

I prefer "Shitting Gold Unicorns" weekly. Barry is the main contributor and is edited by Adam Tiecher.

WIN.

Nothing to due with the pre snap penalties, TE injuries, drops and pass protection being bad?

Smith has been inconsistent himself for sure as well. Still 59.7%. Should be around 62 and with some help 64.

Sooooo, let's just guess the number of sacks against a gimpy, totally immobile Manning.

I'm guessing three. Manning gets the ball out too quick for much more than that. He will most definitely feel his sphincter tighten a dozen times when Tamba collapses the pocket.

I think we are rested and fired up and manage 5 sacks. 2 INt's. Games a nail-biter and could go either way.

OL penalties have been some drive killing SOB's. Averaging 4 a game.

Dude. You act like we all don't watch the same offense on game day.

The OL has been terrible; but Alex has failed to do much to lead this offense and score points all year.

It's OK to admit he hasn't been good so far. Because he hasn't.

He's been good enough for a team with a nasty defense, that asks him not turn the ball over. I'll give him that.

Yeah, those things that pretty much every other QB in the NFL has to deal with are KILLA'S.
