Even if there is a graphics downgrade, the core concept of the game will save it. So I'm not concerned at all really. Concept trumps technical issues.

My guess is it will look like a re-skinned Assassin's Creed, like every other Ubisoft game.

This is definitely a game i'll be suckered into from the hype, I just hope it lives up to 25% of it.
