That's a load of shit.

The talent is going to be groomed by a good head coach. No coach wants to work for Pioli. I've sent you 20 million examples of this and yet you continue to ask for the evidence.

Pioli has made 2 head coaching hires. 5 coordinator hires. All of them have run Erhardt-Perkins for offense and have run a 2-gap 3-4 defense. It seems pretty obvious Haley wanted to run something different, especially on defense, and was vetoed.

Pioli is going to struggle to hire anybody outside of the tree. And right now, the tree aien't looking so good because the defense is a dying breed.

Chris Polian supposedly had a much bigger say in recent years. The last year or two he was the GM, he was running the show. That's why Irsay ended up whacking them. I don't think he wanted Chris building the team around Luck.

It's because the Colts were always picking late 1st round. You can't expect those guys to be as impact as a top 10 pick.
