If a QB is the BPA when they pick then they should have no problem finding a trade partner.

Sometimes you recognize that the BPA isn't at a position of need so you either take him or trade to a team that really wants him and get the guy you want later.

That might be because Geno will not make it past Jax, Oakland or Zona.

WTF are you talking about? Rodgers wasn't considered a reach. He was considered a RISK. Two very different things.

People don't like that idea because if a team is willing to move UP, it's to take Smith.

First off, BPA isn't strictly BPA. It factors in multiple things, including need.

The Ravens wouldn't have a QB at BPA there, because of need, they wouldn't rank them that high.

Unless it's a crazy drop ala Rodgers.

I think he makes it past Jax (been burned) and Oak (have Palmer...maybe...and not really Reggies style).....you may be right about Arizona tho. They in particular may look at him as an answer to Kaep and Wilson.

Or you pull a Chargers/Green Bay deal and develop him to either replace your guy or gain picks/leverage later.

QB absolutely IS a need for the Ravens, just like LT for us.

They're gonna let Flacco walk and draft a QB, just like us with Albert/Joeckel.
