****Official Biscuits and Gravy Thread****

Guys I need a good biscuits and gravy recipe for this weekend. One that's simply amazing. Some stories about the best restaurant purchased as well. What was the best b and g you have ever eaten? Also are you more of a fan of the top or bottom of the biscuit? Any and every thing about this topic shall be in this thread.

You don't get to pick your whole team off the top. That's hardly fair.

I think it's fair. Now select your crew FMB. Count can make a great grilled cheese I bet. Don't sleep on him!

I need some help from SR. I'd say Ang off the top.

And among the three of us, I like our versatility.

I doubt you'd take "at least 3 out of 4." I'm no slouch in the kitchen or the grill and/or smoker. If you're actually good, then you shouldn't be so cocky. No respect for your competition.

I'd happily compete on gravy, brisket, and chili. Chili is a specialty, my brisket is outstanding, and I already know you'll put bacon grease in your gravy. Maybe yours is better, I don't know. Maybe you'd win all four, maybe not. I know mine is pretty tasty. But if you think you can't be beat then you're just being ignorant. Ribs, meh. Mine admittedly aren't great.

But why are you wanting to compete on these? Why not be a little more versatile? Pasta or fish or veggies or steak or hamburgers? I'll compete on any of them, because I can cook more than gravy, ribs, brisket, and chili.

You and RJ would be the only shot - seriously. All of the others would get demolisheded - and you and RJ would demolish the others as well - it'd be a good battle - I'd need some time to get back into it, FMB! would carry me, mostly - but I could bring plent to the table - however - I never cook for pleasure anymore - well that's not entirely true, but I don't cook like I wish I could.

Honestly I've cut way back, I'm 33 waist and I'm 179. But come my Friday cheat day - I cheat like there is no tomorrow.
