BLAKE GRIFFIN’S EX-GF DUNKS HEFTY CHILD SUPPORT BILL OVER HIM

Since joining the NBA as the first pick in the 2009 draft, Blake Griffin has enjoyed throwing down posterizing dunks over the best players in the league. To his credit, he has even dunked over a car to win the Sprite Slam-Dunk Contest in 2011.

Now it seems like he’s the one getting dunked on. Only instead of a ball, its child support payments. As an illustration, ex-girlfriend Brynn Cameron driving down the lane before suddenly towering over Griffin to throw down an emphatic dunk.

According to Radar Online, the Detroit Pistons star has been ordered to pay out $258,000 per month. Cameron might not be an NBA talent but she’s definitely securing an NBA level bag. Her annual payment averages out to be $3.1 million per year — more than a capped-out veteran’s minimum of $2.4 million.

Griffin was getting big bags in L.A. long before LeBron James came into town. Last June he signed a five-year, $173 million contract extension with the L.A. Clippers before being traded in January.

He and Cameron had been well acquainted since their college days at USC. Now they have two children, Ford (age 5) and Finn (age 2). A rift began to form between the couple due to complicated paternity case and a separate civil suit where Cameron claimed Griffin broke off their engagement shortly after he started dating Kendall Jenner.

Although Cameron has a separate child with former USC quarterback Matt Leinart, she says was “reduced to being homeless,” with no more than $100 to her name. Unemployed, she describes Griffen as “uber-rich.” Therefore, he should pay all costs, including her attorney’s fees, which is estimated to be $375,000.

Griffin insists he is already paying the lease for a five-bedroom home in Manhattan Beach for Cameron and the children. Documents also indicate he has been paying for medical insurance and other costs since the children were born.

Blake Griffin and Brynn Cameron settled a custody dispute "amicably" and are "moving forward with co-parenting" after reaching a custody agreement, they said in a statement.

Radar Online reported this week that Griffin, 29, was ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court to pay a sum of $258,000 a month in child support, citing court documents. But Griffin and Cameron called that report "inaccurate."

"The recent reports of the financial details of the child support agreement between Blake Griffin and Brynn Cameron are inaccurate. Both sides have settled amicably and are moving forward with co-parenting their two children," a statement provided to SI.com reads. "Due to the confidential nature of the agreement, no further details will be released."

It is such bullshit, Child Support in this country is ****ing ridiculous...

First, there should be a monthly cap...let's say 10,000 dollars which is still way too much I don't care what the non custodial parent makes...

Second there should be a yearly cap...let's say 10 years where the custodial parent is expected to get their (her/ since 90% of custodial parents are the mother) shit together and support their family themselves...

Most women with kids will get remarried or be in another relationship eventually where they will have plenty of resources and or income to support themselves and any children

Agreed that something needs to be done. The concept of equating a child with a winning lottery ticket is fundamentally wrong.

In this case since day 1 he’s been providing a nice house, medical, and “other costs”. If those other costs include food, clothing, and other necessities for the children he’s doing both his share and hers.

Child support should be for specific fundamental needs of the child. Nothing more. Anything else given to the child for extras should be at the discretion of the parent.
