Multi-billionaire Jeff Bezos has interest in purchasing an NFL team and has become close with several current owners, according to league sources, and has strong support within the league to eventually join their ranks. Bezos, the Amazon mogul who also owns the Washington Post, has spend considerable time around owners, including Washington's Dan Snyder, and is in the process of moving to Washington.

Exactly. When a top GM was available, Hunt went and got him. That turned out to be a mistake. Then the next hiring opportunity he went and got the top coach available and then replaced that first gm with the top GM candidate available at the time. A few years later they drafted the best QB in football.


What exactly would bezos do better? Brady and Belichick have tricked people into thinking winning the Superbowl is easy and that we'd cake walk to one soon as we got Mahomes. Now 1.5 years into having Mahomes, we already want change at coach, GM and now owner.
