Let's start it... Warriors going for a back to back and 3 out of 4. Yikes for Gordon Hayward.

It is early but Jose Calderon is an exception not the norm. NBA coaches always like to think that players can develop a great shot but do you know how many college players came to the NBA, lost confidence and never turn into great shooters? A lot...

A lot of those teams you mentioned were not a 'superteam' but I am not going to get into that.

I don't remember Bird, Magic, Kobe, Duncan or MJ ever leaving their teams to join a team while bringing a superstar FA with them.. They all stuck with the teams that drafted them, LeBron didn't. That's the difference people will always point to. LeBron took the easy way out.

Now you could argue that a lot of those players didn't have to leave but MJ went to a crap organization at the time and turned it around... LeBron left then came back to a great situation. Big difference.

We all know you are a LeBronie but at least try to be a little objective.

the Celtics were 1 thru 6 with all stars
Jordan had the best defensive wing next to him in the league
The Lakers brought in LEAGUE MVP Shaq to carry young Kobe early in his career.

Those teams were all stacked or more stacked than anything LeGM ever assembled.

Another LeBronie... It's a waste of time trying to explain things to LeBronies.. He's a top 5 all-time player but he is not going down as the GOAT. Sorry.

That and he didn’t want to match his longest losing streak of his career. But if he can play 42 minutes and get 60 every night the Cavs might be ok.

Depends on how you define OK. It remains obvious that LeBron can toy with any of these East teams at any time. Whether he chooses to wait to do that just in the playoffs is something else entirely.

They are still going to get destroyed by the Warriors in the finals, though.

I believe this is what Colangelo was going for with Andrea Bargnani all those years ago. Unfortunately that guy just didn't give a shit.

I actually like him, despite his dad. Seems like a good kid. But Clarkson should be starting until Ball figures out a way to hit at this level.
Lots of people can't shoot over the sample size Lonzo has had so far. I think it's fair to say we were never expecting Ball to be a Curry type shooter, but he's not a bad shooter.

He shot 41.2% from three in college, while shooting a bunch of them a game. He'll come around. Maybe his comp is Ricky Rubio? Most NBA guys go through this, can't shoot worth a shit first couple years in the league, but eventually turn into good shooters.

No he didn't. Lebron left and Cleveland was a shit hole. It was a shit hole for the 4 seasons he was with Miami until he came back. Then it wasn't a shit hole.

Agreed. I watched Embiid kill the Pacers last night. At over 7 feet tall, that guy can move like a gazelle. Same with Porzingis. Love watching those guys play.

Im stunned how good the Pacers have been. When they get Myles Turner back maybe they will be solid. Oladipo & Sabonis have surprisingly been better than George & Melo so far.

Victor Oladipo has improved his shooting every year in the league. He's shooting 49 percent from deep this year on 5.4 attempts per game.

VO has been amazing so far this year and Sabonis has been very good. I think Sabonis never really got a chance in OKC but man he's been good this year.

He's like a poor mans Steven Adams with a better jump shot.

Oladipo & Sabonis are a combined 45.7 PER while Melo & George are 35.9 PER. Did the Pacers win the trade? Melo makes teams worse, always has
