Is it time to replace Arrowhead with a dome?

The cold, crappy Dec/Jan. KC weather doesn't appear to provide any real home field advantage anymore.

At least the fans wouldn't be so miserable in a nice climate controlled facility. No more thousands of no shows or leaving at halftime on bad weather days.

One thing is for sure. If they ever build a new stadium and go all out, it will all but guarantee I’ll never go to another game. I mean, I get it. But that shiny new stadium has to be paid for somehow. Tickets/PSLs and astronomical parking will be a part of it.

It will simply be too cost prohibitive for me personally and I suspect a lot of others as well

I love arrowhead . I like the weather. If they were to build another and it were a dime or retractable roof.....I just don’t know if it would be the same. It would feel very ...blah.

Seeing a lot of people dump tickets

Would this happen with a dome?

Not at all. The weather has a way of separating the rich from the real in these types of games. People dumping there tickets were people who tried to play the ticket stock market and got ****ed by mother nature thankfully. These types of games make the tickets more affordable for the actual fans who want to be there. Meaning todays gonna be filled with loud crazy voices of all the die-hard Chief fans. A dome would just turn us into another corporate Jerry's world type stadium. Love me a snow game at Arrowhead

How about a seating force field where the playing field stays cold as ****, and the fans in the stands can kick it in some jams and sandals?

How come no one has created the weather force field? I blame SNR. All he does is watch ****ing Star Trek yet he can't be bothered to go down to Radio Shack and pick up a few simple, 21st century parts and create a force field for sports fans?

What a ****.

Except for the club section which will display it's usual, empty disgrace for all the world to see.

A dome wouldn't lessen the effort of getting to the stadium though.

No, but you could kick it in your jams once you got there.

Agreed. If PMII can't exorcise the Home/Colts demon, then the bad mojo is far too powerful and must be destroyed. Operation Sweets will then go in to effect:

WARNING! Brilliant engineering skills ahead! Read only if your mind has the strength of a thousand horses and the imagination of Picasso!

Spoiler!
