Interesting question- I think the Raiders have the higher possibility of being a shit show with their current personnel. Jon Gruden still has to prove he can still coach a playoff calibre team and they've acquired some interesting personalities (Antonio Brown, Incognito) that could provide some interesting moments on/off the field this upcoming season.

The Broncos I don't think will have a "shit-show" regardless of how their season goes. I just see them as an average football team in a transition period. They are trying to be competitive with their defense but I don't think they can win with Joe Flacco at the helm. Even if things go really south for Denver and they are at the bottom of the league I don't expect much news-worthy moments.

The Raiders I expect to be the better football team but they definitely have more potential to be a train wreck with some disastrous moments. Hard Knocks will be a good watch this season for sure.
