Enter the Dragon (of course)

now in no particular order:

The Prodigal Son
Fists of Legend
Pole Fighter (?)
Way of the Dragon (gotta vote for any movie where Bruce and Chuck fight each other)
And not exactly a kung fu movie per se, but still has amazing fight scenes: Matrix Reloaded

So it isn't a traditional kung fu movie, but the Marco Polo series on Netflix has decent fight scenes, especially with 1,000 eyes.

Yeah the blind monk was a badass. That was a good series that netflix cut short because it was to costly.
