Patriots fans think they will stop the Chiefs offense because they stopped the Bills and Jets at home. The road games don’t matter for some reason.

Chiefs fans think they will score on the Patriots because they always score on the Patriots and also score on everyone else regardless of where the game is played.

Which statement is the most logical and best predictor of the game I wonder?

I’m not letting that bullshit slip by. Mahomes averaged right around 3 seconds to throw per drop back that week, which was third most in the NFL that week.

Being “under pressure” is different for every QB. For instance, having Lamar Jackson under pressure probably isn’t the best idea. He’s more dangerous as a runner than a thrower. You’re better off laying back and making him beat you with his arm, which he can’t.

Pressuring Tom Brady is good. He’s a statue and he’ll make you pay with enough time.

Patrick Mahomes is a magician. He’s most dangerous outside the pocket and forcing DBs to leave their assignments. He’s lethal. Mahomes being “under pressure” isn’t a bad thing if he’s not being hit. He was barely touched in that Patriots game.

The Patriots are 3-5 on the road. They lost to far inferior teams to KC when away from the camera lenses of NES stadium and facilities.

Over the year, NE got outscored by opponents in road games 173-192.

At home, they outscored opponents 263-133.

The Dolphins scored 34 on you ...the Jags scored 31...the Titans scored 34...the bears put up 31.

The Patriots are walking into a buzzsaw.

Simple as that
