You go back to John Capel in 2002.

Pretty amazing athlete, but even against Pat Dennis struggled to show that he could play football.

Vermeil had non-sprinter speedsters Dave Klemic, JJ Moses, and Tony Horne with football background, too.

All injuries or cuts.
