Reid had a good game? Cook had one busted coverage for a TD. But overall I thought the secondary was pretty good today.

Could Hicks really be worse than Cook and Connor at this point? I think Reid has been really good most of the year.

Reid is a solid 7.5/10 every game. Dunno why the **** you are bringing him into this.

The safeties played better when Sneed and McDuffie were balling. Now they're having to cover up for bad CB play. Cook is mediocre at best. Reid is one of the better players at his position believe it or not but he's not a world beater. He's not Eric Berry pre-Haglund.
I said this during the GDT, but we need a safety who can lay big hits. We haven't had that in a long time. I'd like to see Reid return but not sure if the salary cap will allow it. |

When the CBs go from the biggest strength on the defense to the biggest liability it's going to have massive ripple effects throughout the whole defense.

They are all box type safeties. So is Jaden Hicks. Coverage has never been their best traits. I'm surprised we don't value coverage skills more in our safeties but apparently we don't.

The safeties have been beaten badly since the Buffalo game. The blitzes leaving them in single coverage has been a disaster.

Aidan O’Connell passed for 340 yards and two touchdowns - the best game of his career, a week after giving up the best game in Bryce Young’s career. This passing defense has been really bad since Watson went down.
