Is... is Kendall Fuller not that good?

I was expecting a ton of PBU’s and QB’s avoiding his side of the field... instead, he falls down a bunch, gets beat and gets flagged for PI a lot.

Perhaps that’s just my impression.

Is it scheme? Youth? Wha ha happen?

He's playing at a very high level now that he's adjusted to playing outside and the scheme.
