Where my 10+ year CP veterans at? Holla.

I'm now officially a member of the 10 years on CP club.

Free rep and casino cash for my 10+ year homies.

JFC, I can't believe that it's been ten years now. Holy shit.

Yup.

I rode the Mayflower over here with a rag tag bunch of posters as the Star board was being nuked by the mods. In the end, this place was 1,000 times better than that board.

Some of my fondest memories were the run in's with several nemesis. The funnest was probably PackFan. I think the quote that did him in was the statement that watching Priest Holmes reminded him of Donnell Bennett. Oops. There was never a post he made, where I didnt jam that BS straight down his throat. The sheer embarrassment of that must have run him off.

The *epic* Gannon/Grbac flame wars...this place was in a constant simmer for two full years after that year. It was Clint in Wichita's most famous moment. I never got to give him his virtual trophy for 'winning' that debate.

And of course, the collective of Genious (ChiefsPlanet spelling) that weekly broke down the game film (that would be TV broadcast to the layman) and were able to point out all the mistakes (after the fact) that the coaching staff made and the busts and pissed away draft picks. Those threads were great reads. They had their very own language.

I miss Gaz, KCWolfman, Morphius (who was the first to 5k posts, I believe) and several others, we had some good times in the early days.

I got him to start posting again for a short time last year. I stop in to see him every once in a while where he works. This place certainly misses him and the others you mentioned as well yourself. Hell, you have your own smilie. We need or historian back.

My guess is that at some point your profile was corrupted and when we did an upgrade it copied it to a new instance instead of fixing the old one. That is a total guess though.

Others who should be in the first 200 or so but for some reason aren't are Coogs, Tribal Warfare, Iowanian.

I only looked at the first 500 but the rest all appear to be "close enough."
