A pretty good QB hit the market this offseason. How good would the Jags be with Cousins right now?

He’s NOT a head case. Let’s be honest, most amazing, shutdown CB’s come across like mouthy douchebags. It’s just their nature, and honestly, I don’t mind it. Like someone previously said, if he gets along with his teammates then I really don’t care what he says about other teams.

The beauty of trading for him is that you get him cheap in 2019, then the 5th year option, but the guy is going to want to get paid when traded.

For the Chiefs, I wouldn't even blink. I'd do it in a heartbeat.

More wins, but not that great. The Jags OL is shit--Bortles got sacked like what....on a third of his dropbacks yesterday? He'd also have some garbage weapons.

Bortles ****ing sucks (said this all along), but that Offense is hot ****ing garbage beyond just him.

Yeah sure, but I don't think it's exactly the Alex Smith effect.

They are super weak at OT and Norwell has been a FA bust so far. None of those receivers are really going to scare a D, either. Sure Westbrook is fast, but eh.

he's terrible at holding the ball.

i'm sure there are other factors but he's the main issue IMO

Not necessarily. Minnesota is basically a .500 team with Cousins and they have better skill position players on offense than he’d have in Jacksonville.

Steven Nelson is gonna want to get paid starter money next year.

I’d MUCH RATHER trade for JR and get him for the next 2 cheap years while Mahomes is on his rookie deal and that upgrades the talent at CB while also keeping the money in the wallet to extend Hill and Jones...then Ramsey the next year...then Mahomes.

Opposing offenses are being forced to pass a ton and Ramsey can erase the opposing teams top wideout almost every week.

He literally changes the whole way we would be able to play defense and that’s HUGE for a team that already has a crop of young talented pass rushers.

Who gives a shit if we would trade a first and second for him...not me. Especially with those picks at the end of the rounds.
