Frozen Hamburger Patties
Anyone have any luck with a specific brand or product? Looking for maybe twenty pounds of patties for a birthday party. If you have any horror stories of a brand lay them out here so I know to stay away from them.

My family loves the Sams club frozen burgers. The sirloin and angus are both good. Throw them on frozen.

I think someone already mentioned they're a little greasy. Just keep a squirt bottle to shoot down flames or close the lid and kill the flames.


I got a bag of those in my freezer that i'll probably make this weekend again.

If you have a Safeway (or Van's, iirc) near you, I like these for grilling in a hurry.



Lean enough not to cause flare ups but holds together well, 100% beef with no fillers and tastes good. Usually around $11 for 10 patties.

Run up north to Swiss Burger. Fresh, not frozen. It's like $30 for 10 lbs. The Annex Lounge used to get their burgers from them.
