Watkins foot and LDT news
Reid indicated that Sammy’s foot is still attached, and “feeling good!

Also tomorrow is the deadline for activating players off IR. Veatch is to meet with LDT to determine whether he is ready.

If not, maybe Watts? (My speculation).

Maybe this injury to the good doctor (while I do not wish that, obviously) was a blessing in disguise. Wylie has been very solid for us. His 2018 PFF grade as a G is a 65.2, which is above average, for a first year guy.

Activate LDT for depth. Cut either West (if Ware is ready) or Benjamin.

Keep Watkins on LP only or DNP him the next 3 weeks to keep that foot healthy.

I'd like to keep Watkins out as well over the next three weeks. I want him to be fresh for our Super Bowl run next season. Better yet, we should hold him out entirely until late in the season of contract year three just to be safe.

He means keep Watkins out of full practice. Like the colts did with ty Hilton.

But I think most practices in the playoffs are just walk throughs anyway. They're not really practicing hard at this point of the season.
