I've beat it a few times now and it just doesn't get old. Every time I play it, I find something new.
The multiplayer isn't bad but like I said, it's not very creative. I really wish they'd make a multiplayer version where your team has to go clear a building full of clickers a d you have to use strategy, teamwork etc. Something like that would be badass.
Every multiplayer game is the same. It gets a little obnoxious.

I'm on the part where I fall down the elevator shaft. I just turn on the compressor and I got attacked by several enemies including that big f*** that doesn't die easy and will rip your jaw open. Any hints or techniques for this part?

Ya you have to run. I waited the the big prick came first, then I shot the fire extinguisher. Then hit him with a molotov and ran. Killed the remaining clickers and infected with shotgun and molotovs. I ran and let the big bloater walk upstairs. I followed proceeding to hit him with a nail bomb and 4 or so shots with my shotgun and he died. It was a bitch and I was on normal. I'm playing with a friend on survivor and honestly have no clue how I'll do that part. Survivor is really fun but hard because you have no listening ability and limited ammo/resources.

Since I was so limited on ammo and resources, none of your suggestions were really working for me. So I turned on the compressor, ran to the locked hotel door and swiped the card. Got in and that was that. I shot maybe one infected on the way. Didn't even have to deal with the big guy.

I'll play it again, but letting my bro borrow it first. Just bought The Walking Dead game of the year edition. Hopefully it won't seem like a letdown after this.

We started The Walking Dead before The Last of Us, and finished it after having finished TLOU. It was still just as good as we thought it was prior to starting the other one. To me, they're not comparable. The choices in Walking Dead made the game. I think you'll really enjoy it also.

So far I'm enjoying The Walking Dead, but I prefer the style of TLOU and its overall a better game.

I just started playing it and the beginning alone got me invested in the story right off the bat. You knew spending time with them that something bad was going to happen.
