That's not exactly tearing it up. He had 2 plays that was more than 10 yards, a 11 yarder in the first quarter, and 13 yarder in the 2nd quarter. That's it.

He was a non factor in the second half because our run defense completely shut him down. They denied him any big plays. Period.

As Frank Clark would say, "He ain't shit."

These sum it up. As Frank said, "19 rushes for 69 yards. Yeah, we 26th in the run, right?" This defense is just not what people think it is.

Look, I like Frank. The confidence is good. But him or Zeke are the best RBs in the NFL period. To say Henry ain't shit is disingenuous. Fortunate for us passing is much more valuable than running.
I get where you're saying, but the Chiefs made it a priority to stop Henry. They most certainly were not afraid of Ryan Tannehill beating them with his arm.

They accomplished that mission, defensively. If Henry was going to get 100 yards, then the defense would have been on the field a lot longer, and it shortens the game, and this game would most likely been closer than 35-24.

Look, Frank and Tyrann were the guys who brought in swagger on this defense, that was sorely lacking the last two years. And passing is more valuable when the running game is working. It's useless if the run game isn't even working (if you have a QB that isn't a Tom Brady/Peyton Manning/Patrick Mahomes type of talent), or at least dominating the TOP.

Case in point, when KC scored to make it 17-14, Tennessee had the ball for 3 plays, two of them were to Henry on run designed plays, both of them went nowhere. Then 3rd and 9, only got 6 yards on a pass play, they punted it away. KC regained the lead.

Another point, KC failed to score after halftime and they had to punt it away. Tennessee had the golden opportunity to seize control of the game there. After Tennessee got the first down, due to too many men on the field by KC, they had a 1st and 5. Henry didn't even get 5 in three plays in a row, a situation where Tennessee had a 2nd and 1 and 3rd and 1. Holding penalty brought it back 10 yards after no gain in the 3rd down. Tannehill decided to play superhero, and he got drilled by Dirty Dan. They punted it away, effectively sealing their fate.

We sent his ass home early.

RUN DEFENSE WAS HUGE IN THIS GAME.

Like Clark said, "stopping the run was THE priority." And it showed.

The point is, the Titans abandoned the run before they had to. They knew it wasn't working and they had to move the ball. That's on the defense. Frank Clark (with the help of his friends) delivered on his shit talk. Henry's run of dominance came to an end.

Why do you guys have to shit all over the greatness of Frank Clark and the Chiefs going to the Super Bowl with a silly argument?

Who cares? Enjoy the win.

I'm not the one downplaying the role Frank Clark and the run defense had in this glorious victory.

How else would CP celebrate a SB berth?

They were effective in stopping the run in the second half. But sample size. Nonetheless they accomplished their goal in the second half and I was very pleased with the amount of snaps Pennel got.

But also not crediting our offense for forcing the Titans hand is also short sighted. That had as much to do with limiting Henrys role in the game as our defense, or Frank Clark.

Henry had a 1.3 yards after contact today. Think about that.

You're a ****ing reerun if you think the running game and run D is anywhere close to as important as the passing game and pass D. If your main evidence is 1 drive in the 3rd quarter than youre just ****ing reeruned (like I said above). It seems like Rabble is also acting like T.O.P matters. Goddamn Rabble is just the worst.

Youre a dumb **** for saying that Henry dominated us in the 1st half and Rabble is also a dumb **** for most everything he posts, but to say run D and run game matters as much as the pass game just shows his complete lack of football knowledge. He also looks like a complete ****ing douche bag how he's acting in this thread.

It's because of how amazingly big and impossibly hard he is to tackle.

They are both very important to the complete game plan. You people should shut up. Accept the victory. Analyze the minutiae in a week.
