Home Depot vs Lowe's.

I love the offseason!

Where does your loyalty stand between the two? Do you notice a difference for certain items? Do you mainly stick to shopping at one?

Poll!!!!

Of the 2, I prefer Home Depot. Mostly because I know the layout and can find things easier.

Overall though, I prefer Menards. I mean they regularly have end caps with beef jerky, bloody mary mix and T.G.I. Fridays Potato Skins sour cream and onion in the power tool section

Lowe's has WAY better plants here, which for me has me shopping there 75% of the time but I will hit both.

Struck out trying to find a mango tree this weekend after hitting 4 stores. lol

This may be my subconscious, but Lowe’s seems nicer and more comfy. I like the blue scheme and I hate orange, likely because of the Broncos. Like **** the color orange.

That's a major input into my decision. HD just feels good. Hardware store good.

A major difference maker for me is that Home Depot has rentals for equipment and tools. I’ve had to rent a ladder and floor stripper and Home Depot let me rent those for a few hours at a reasonable price instead of buying the items.

Menards has a wonderful raw lumber section.

Most of their tools are Chinese made shit, though.

Home Depot is good, too. Much better tools.
