This thread Gripe about the Mods (or just ask questions) Thread should be changed to complain about posters who's political opinions you can't tolerate because they are outside the boundary of allowable opinion aka are controversial. So you post about them in that thread instead of articulating a better argument in the DC forum where you lurk but don't post.

They know who they are. They think they're not being political—but they are being VERY POLITICAL, and doing it by avoiding DC.

That is in general, not referring to the recent locked threads.

Having an opinion that certain political players have an agenda or a hidden agenda, which they label as "conspiracy theory", or what they consider "misinformation" is their justification for them canceling people or canceling the entire DC forum. Calling for banning posters who hold such opinion is canceling them for an opinion they don't agree with.

How do they know what anyone's world view is politically if they never post in DC, never engage but they're all willing to talk about canceling opinions by getting rid of such posters? This means they lurk in DC because they are too afraid, or just can't articulate a counter-opinion or can't take the heat of a debate, when politics through history is about heated debates. Instead they engage in passive aggression in the Lounge where they whine to the mods about opinions they cannot tolerated and ask for banning posters based on a different world view they don't like. Or like Dipshit, they merely enter the DC forum to swipe at at DC poster and then leave and also whine to the mods. That's all they contribute.

Yet, we hear it's childish to point out who started the aggression, should one respond to defend themselves, even if more civil than the aggressor. Well, this is the exact thing that grown men that are elected to office do, when they justify entering a war to fight back. It's because they say, using various other words, that the other side started it.

These things are what get determined by debating if such and such pov meets those criteria, which of course will always be in the eye of the beholder. In your case those words reflect your opinion of another's views. They are not objective claims.

For someone who claims to not be political you sure seem to have political opinions like the rest of us but just choose to not participate in debate or reveal them. That's your choice and right.

BTW, I wasn't thinking of you when I wrote the post you are responding to, or any mod for that matter. No one is asking anyone to listen. You can choose to ignore, like I do certain posters or even use the ignore feature for posts or threads.

"Tolerate your bullshit" sounds like the very thing I am referring to. It is still saying some political views are bullshit; that you hate them; that they are irrational, non-constructive etc.. Because you opine they have these qualities, you come across as you don't want to see them but listen to them anyway as you seem to be showing here.
