The Jets didn't ruin Mark Sanchez. He's had multiple chances on several teams and didn't do shit. Mark Sanchez ruined Mark Sanchez.

So now they are spinning this as, Adam Gase didn't want Bell, thinks they overpayed Mosely.

The coaching staff and front office disagreed on every move and the front office did it anyway...what the ****?

You should also be annoyed cause had they not given him that, he'd have went back to baltimore........then they wouldn't have signed Earl Thomas...

Meh, this "Pats have gotten to the top due to the AFCE being weak" is basically a myth. Pats record inside and outside the AFCE is about the same during the Brady/BB era.

Quote:
While the Patriots' 86-24 record against the AFC East is staggering, their winning percentage (134-44, .753) against everyone else is the best in the NFL, while they have 25 more non-division victories than any other team.

New England's record against eventual division winners (24-14) makes them the only team in the NFL with a winning record in this category. Against teams who eventually made the playoffs in a given season, the Patriots (60-33, .645) are the best in the league, with the Steelers at a not-so-close second with a .480 winning percentage.

Their success against teams who finished with a winning record (75-45, .625) is also an NFL-best mark, with the Steelers trailing by a considerable margin at a .440 winning percentage.

It's settled then. The Patriots don't just take care of business against the AFC East, but no team is even close to their level of success against teams outside their division.

I absolutely love when Pats fans try to pretend that playing in the AFCE isn’t a big advantage.

Throw out whatever ****ing stats you want, it’s a huge advantage.

It doesn't hurt, no question about it, but when you win inside and outside of the division at about the same clip...?

Easy games allow you to rest guys and use a standard game plan instead of showing the league the new stuff you are working on. It gives your team a little bit of a break when you face crappy teams 6+ times each season.

Combine that with the fact that you have an excellent team, it really helps.
