Remember when Tyson bit Holyfield? What a story! He was jobbed that night. Such an incredible story...

He did not land the most meaningful punches. He landed alot of jabs? Canelo went in to fight, GGG ran most of the fight. It was close though. Robbery? hardly!

Was an entertaining fight. Never leave it up to the judges if you want to win I guess.
Agreed. Overall, a very good fight. I would have gone GGG but I don't see the outrage in Canelo winning. But, I haven't watched boxing(unless you count McGregor Mayweather)in forever so what do I know? But I enjoyed watching.

He didn't? I mean "most meaningful" punches. Not most power punches. Did Canelo rock GGG in the fight even once? Did he have any combinations? GGG clearly landed the best punches of the fight. Canelo had more power punches, but GGG landed more "POWER" punches and he was a master with his jabs. His jabs aren't exactly feelers. They have mustard behind them.

And if "running most of the fight" means you should lose, why didn't Canelo lose the first fight? Mayweather spent a career "running", yet he has 50 wins. You can move backwards and win a fight.

I'm sure these judges probably gave five or six rounds to Ron Goldman, too.

NO one rocked anyone, but Canelo by far outlanded him in power punches and did the most body work. Look at their faces even. GGG had an insane jab, and 80 percent of his jabs had little to nothing behind them. Again, it was a close fight. Even GGG's trainer said he was losing the fight during the fight, which is why he's not bad at the decision, he was like, hey, it was a good fight.

If you don't think Canelo got rocked twice, you weren't watching the fight.

This is how i see it? body work? Canelo. Head work? canelo. Jabs ok GGG? 75 to 80 percent of them were lazy jabs just to keep Canelo away.

So, now lets look at the after the fight picture.......

So we all agree again, Canelo did far more damage to the body correct? He must have also did much more damage to the head as well. lol. Im not saying GGG didnt get in some nice shots, he did, but come on now. lol,.

Are you not seeing the huge cut opened over Alvarez left eye looking at that picture if we are comparing those pictures?

One of the 18 media outlets covering the fight scored it for Canelo. One.

But that's what you have to expect when you go up against a prominent Mexican fighter. Chavez got bullshit wins and stoppages throughout his career (Meldrick Taylor, Pernell Whitaker), and so did De La Hoya (Sturm, Quartey, et. al). Shit, when Canelo got dominated by Floyd, winning maybe one round, CJ Ross had it 114-114.

When you fight an anointed Mexican/Golden Boy fighter, you're usually four rounds in the hole to start. It's why boxing sucks.

**** De La Hoya.

The free stream I used had announcers with British accents and they had GGG well ahead at the end of the fight. They were pretty stunned when the decision was announced.

Teddy Atlas still makes the corruption almost worth it by calling it out live on network.
