n00b. Whatever gopuss responds with I would ignore. In fact, you will make your CP life easier to just ignore his posts all together. He is a colossal deuche with very little football knowledge, never played the game, and simply plucks stats from the Internet that try to support his position, which, btw, is most likely on his knees, delivering a rusty trombone right now.

Why did you unnecessarily capitalize "Message" in your first line? This isn't German.

I don't really give a shit but with the Riley Cooper situation this wasn't really a smart post.

Really? In 2011 on Thanksgiving, Alex Smith took 9 sacks from that Baltimore defense. Didn't miss a moment. They ran through Chilo Rachal, like xlax through Clays fat ass momma. And he survived........

What is mediocre? 20-5-1. Doing what needs to be done to win the games. That's who Alex is. He doesn't have to carry the team. HE CAN. See the Saints playoff game if you need proof, or the 6 other come from behind victories that he was a part of in 2011 as proof. Alex Smith just is comfortable being a guy, just not the guy. But hes super efficient.

Bingo. This goes without saying. He will be sorely missed in New York. Clay is just a tool, no one wants to leave new York......sarc mark.

Awwww, the boards resident Jags troll, ready to coddle Clays balls at a moments notice. New guy, don't pay any attention to this turd. He changed his name to compliment his idol in life. They are super bros. They both live in their moms basements. So you know, they are cool.....

Shoulder injuries, his playing style, and concussion history say what's up? Nice another positive, you are also saying Alex holds on to the ball too long also!!!!!!!!!!

I'd just like to point out that Clay was one of the few posters that was right last offseason and his reasoning for not chugging the kool aid this year is similar to his reasoning last year. I think alot of guys here dislike the guy because he was right about last year and hasn't changed his tune yet.

After seeing Alex Smith in camp, I've backed off my hate for the trade a bit but am still in wait and see mode.

I think Clay will be back to his old super homer self by mid season, but time will tell.
