Hi Gays,

I'm curious of your personal tradition, Past memories or experiences???

Stories and the sort? Memories from your youth, etc.

I realize I'm a few months early - but I was having an in-depth conversation with one of my Facebook friends and I like to force my life onto you, here.

I have been watching The Changeling for the past 3 years or so. The movie of the holiday changes every 5 years or so for me - I may convert to The Howling from 1981, this season. On Halloween night one thing that may never get changed is that pot of chili thing - sometimes I incorporate Nathan's hot dogs - or maybe boil some pasta to accompany...

Starting a new tradition at my place. I got it set up for projection on side of my house and every night through Halloween going play horror movies. I think it's going be a cool setup for Halloween fun.

I moved my projectory to the garage and can watch all the movies i want without really disturbing the neighbors. This is better than going to the movies i just need a popcorn maker

Before my Uncle passed we would go to their house and my Aunt would make homemade beefburgers.What really made the night so memorable was my Uncle would always dress up in something frightening and scare the shit out of trick-or-treaters.

In fact we were just talking about this yesterday,miss him and that once a year tradition.

I also remember trick or treating as a kid with these buckets from there.

I used to spend an entire two days fixing up my front yard; had an attic full of props and such. My yard was "scarier by the step" kind of situation so we had two candy bowls...one for the older kids who made it all the way and one for the little kids who turned back. Finally stopped doing it about 5 years ago. Not enough kids coming around for the work.

Kind of funny; the year I stopped (we handed out candy in the drive way) a little boy came up and was so sad I didn't do the graveyard anymore. He said "Awww...I was going to make it all the way to the front door this year..."
