Question Regarding the 9ths ruling on Guns & Medical MJ

Probably asking the wrong group but my understanding is those who have been denied to purchase a gun while owning a medical card havent been denied specifically for owning a medical card.

Even so what would happen if a state like MO didnt recognize that law and allowed card holders to own both pot and guns? Or didnt enforce the law. It seems a bit tedious going door to door of every card holder checking for guns. Would holding a MJ card even be enough to obtain a search warrant?

Highly doubtful the ATF is going to invade every state that allows legal weed

Can anyone point out how my thinking here is wrong?

Whatever. You clearly don't have any idea what you are talking about as far as electrical usage and how little 2000 watts is. And you are trying to cover it up by throwing out stupid shit. A damn electrical stovetop burner can use 2000w of energy. A small space heater 1500 watts. But this guy is somehow in peril if he had a small grow room consisting of a total of 2000w.

If your grow is as well run as your reading comprehension, Im surprised we don't have spider mites crawling across our screens.

Gone from blowing up his house, oh no bad neighborhood, just buy the shitty overpriced weed from a dispensary, to spider mites.

All because you are too stupid to realize how small a 2000w grow is. Please tell us, how many amps does a panel in a typical home service?

Aww wow that is painful to watch.

Blowing things up - answering question of why cops care about illegal grows.
Bad neighborhood - I told him to buy more guns.
$60 weed - In answer to him wondering if growing his own is financially easier
Spider mites - because you can't really understand much more than bugs

And finally... Whether the company will care about his wattage is entirely up to him.
Of course. I think that's the 3rd time I've had to say that.

#1 No one was talking about illegal grows. That was purely assumption on your part. He was talking about a legal grow.

Your statements.

Especially if you're in a bad neigborhood and everyone knows you grow pot.
Again, such the scare tactics of blowing up houses. No let's get that right. BLOWING UP FULL CITY BLOCKS!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!

Or getting robbed. How would the neighbors know he is growing? More assumptions?

Whether the power company will care about his electrical usage is up to him? That simply makes no damn sense whatsoever. Power companies don't concern themselves with a paltry 22A of service.

And like I said earlier, if his electrical could handle the extra usage that amount is quite reasonable for a home grow. But houses blowing up, but people getting robbed.

Your basic premise is flawed. 18 USC 924(g) prohibits unlawful drug users from possessing firearms. Most states do not make med MJ lists available to ATF but if you have a med MJ card and you purchase a firearm from an FFL holder, you have to admit you are an unlawful drug user. And you’ll be denied. Or you say you aren’t and if you’re ever found out, you’ll be prosecuted for unlawful possession of a firearm and making a false statement for firearm purchase.

You’re right that the ATF doesn’t go check everyone’s house but these cases have been prosecuted, usually when someone comes to ATF’s attention. Even though the stat may allow it, federal law does not.

So, in states where it’s legal, you have a choice: weed or guns. Because if the Feds catch you, you’ll go to prison and won’t be able to possess guns without a Presidential pardon.

This thread is about illegal grows.
As in you can't own guns and have an MMJ card.

After you acknowledge you've read this part, I'll help your drunk ass with the rest.
