Ballot mixup puts more heat on Broward elections official

This blatant combination of corruption and incompetence is infuriating and a threat to democracy.

It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything. Joseph Stalin

A Florida election supervisor mixed some invalid ballots along with about 200 valid ones, according to a report, in the latest example of what Republicans say has been the incompetent handling of votes as the state braces for a possible recount.

The error was found after Brenda Snipes, a Broward County official who has a long history of controversies involving vote counting, agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the county’s canvassing board for inspection, the Miami Herald reported.

BRENDA SNIPES, BROWARD ELECTIONS OFFICIAL AT CENTER OF BALLOT STORM, HAS HISTORY OF CONTROVERSY

The canvassing board declared Friday that 20 of the 205 provisional ballots were illegal due to mismatched signatures. The 205 ballots had been set aside then counted in a voting machine, though the results weren’t added to the election's final total vote count, the report said.

As of Friday night, no solution to the mistake had been found.
Snipes agreed to present the ballots for inspection to the board after Republican attorneys objected to Snipes’ initial plan to handle the ballots administratively.

“We have found no clear authority controlling the situation faced by the board,” said Broward County Attorney Andrew Meyers, according to the newspaper.

Broward County collected more than 600 provisional ballots on the Election Day, but the vast majority were declared invalid by the board for reasons such as the voter had registered too late or had voted at the wrong precinct.

Just over 200 ballots were also deemed neither valid nor invalid due to an issue related to the system that looks up voter registrations. Some voters apparently swiped their ID, but the precinct system couldn’t confirm whether they were registered voters, prompting staffers to ask such voters to fill out provisional ballots.
Republican lawyers pressed Snipes, using the latest case to argue that she has been mismanaging the voting procedure, and asked whether the 205 votes will be counted. She reportedly declined to answer.

Broward County is mandated to provide its unofficial vote total from the midterm elections to the state by midday Saturday.

The county and Snipes have come under heavy scrutiny because Broward -- Florida's No. 2 most populous county, with more than 1.9 million residents -- could be the area that decides two key races: the U.S. Senate election between Democratic incumbent Bill Nelson and Republican challenger Gov. Rick Scott, and the Florida governor race between Democrat Andrew Gillum and Republican Ron DeSantis.

Give 'em a break man.

They misplaced a few boxes of pre-filled out ballots and it took awhile to locate them. Probably left in the back of a rental car or something.

Takes time to get the precast ballots mixed into the rest ya know. Plus, keep in mind, clearly the election folks down there are special needs people. They're doing their best.

That's what I said.

Machine vote recounts are efficient and don't take much time. They commonly don't change a lot of votes. The change is in the range of 200-300 votes.

These thousands of votes we're hearing about is when suddenly post election that many are found.

From the link you posted:

The initial list of 180,000 names was whittled to 2,625, according to the Florida Department of State. The state then checked a federal database and stated it found 207 noncitizens on the rolls (not necessarily voting but on the rolls). That list was sent to county election supervisors to check and it also turned out to contain errors. An Aug. 1, 2012, state elections document showed only 85 noncitizens were ultimately removed from the rolls out of a total of about 12 million voters at that time.

Did you just read the headline?

Nope I read the whole thing and saw all that. What part of the word "may" in the headline did you not understand, 'eh?

Furthermore, it is NBC.

The same guy, Eggers, who's video I posted before the election who predicted the current election fraud and about his book he wrote documenting it:
Government Accountability Insititute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers exclusively told SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight‘s Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour that Snipes allegedly “found ballots” following an election in 2012.

Eggers said:
She’s also been accused of illegally opening ballots. The Florida GOP sued her for this and when they brought her to court, they said ‘Hey, your office is opening ballots outside the presence of the canvassing board … what’s your explanation?’ And again, the woman in charge of elections in Florida’s second most populous county argued she thought it was okay because her office didn’t understand the meaning of the word ‘canvassing.’ [Emphasis added]

This is also not the first time that her office has just found ballots. There was actually a canvassing official back in 2012 that complained that heading into a weekend, they were told there were about 150 votes left to be counted and then Monday morning, well actually there are about 950 votes still to go. [Emphasis added]

Eggers said there is “clearly an organized effort to manipulate and alter outcomes,” noting that in Miami-Dade County, about 108 provisional ballots were eliminated in the midterm election because they were from individuals who had voted twice.
In a recent piece for Breitbart News, Eggers reviewed Snipes’ history of allowing illegal aliens and felons to vote in elections in Broward County, along with her destroying of ballots.

Listen to Eggers’ full interview here:

Here's Bev Harris site on Black Box Voting. Again she's a Democrat.
http://blackboxvoting.org/

Quote:
Recounts provide a peaceful dispute mechanism to help ensure that elections will be free and fair and equal to all. But the mere act of having a recount is not what helps elections be free and fair. The recount must be accountable to the public and fully transparent....
Here's the page on:
WHEN IS A RECOUNT A SHAM?

1) Is there activity during off-hours in the facility where ballots are kept? This indicates that ballots may be being adjusted to match the reported count. Typically ballots are kept in county election facilities; sometimes in an elections warehouse located in some obscure place. In New England ballots are housed by municipalities. In a controversial election observers should drive by ballot facilities at night and on weekends as soon as you know there will be a recount, before it begins, to see whether cars are in the parking lot or the lights are on inside the facility. Take a video camera and videotape license plates, especially any cars with out-of-state plates, and any personnel you see coming and going, as well as any activity you can see inside the facility.

http://blackboxvoting.org/when-is-a-recount-a-sham/
Too long to post the whole thing but you have the link. Looks clearly to me like Broward County is doing this one though.

Afterall, most election fraud is an inside job. Enough proof of that with the Project Veritas undercover videos.

That should be enough evidence for impounding the ballots in Broward despite what the Judge said.

Video of ballots being stuffed into bags in a Broward County Precinct in link. When noticed they were being filmed, they moved to create a wall to block the view.

Volunteers coming in are from MoveOn.org ( another Soros group) and other left-wing groups. Just the fact that work being done without transparency and ballot and truck activity going on is grounds to impound. The judge has to be corrupt. He's a Jebbie appointee and Jebbies hate Trump. Bushies are all part of the Deep State.

You can't give Democrats more than two days to count ballots.

The Broward County Deputy explained that on Thursday November 8, 2018, AFTER the midterm election, absentee ballots were delivered to the jail for the inmates and the deputies were told to pass them out.

Civil rights attorneys arrived on last Thursday and demanded to see the inmates. They were not the inmates personal attorneys of record. The attorneys wanted to know if the inmates had received their absentee ballots in the mail. As these attorneys were not the inmates’ attorneys of record, Sheriff Scott Israel should not have granted them access to the inmates. Protocol would have the attorneys sign into the jail, yet there is no record.
