It is 100% true - I know it sounds made up. He was already sick in Mexico. They had to carry him off the plane because he was too weak to walk...and he had a 2 year old and a 7 year old with him. Then he just started bloating and cracking and rotting very rapidly.

There are great dentist down there for sure, but it can also be, not great.

I've been to Mexico probably a hundred times, in all parts from the resorts to the opposite end of the spectrum.
No way in hell under any circumstances would I voluntarily accept medical or dental care in that country unless I was sure to die otherwise. Even then I'd double check my options.
