Just had week long swim lessons for my daughter. Heather Juergenson had her daughter there as well. Nice, funny lady. Great things to say about Jennifer & Jon.

Did the twist with Chubby Checker at a free concert in front of Crown Center when I was a lad of 6 or 7. He pull me out of the crowd and showed me what to do. Way bigger deal for mom than me at the time.

Talked at length with Walter Payton when he was lobbying for an NFL team for St. Louis [the Stallions, I think]. Got a 1-1 picture from that one.

Played basketball 3x@week throughout most of 1992 legis session with 'Jay' Nixon and 'Lacy' Clay Jr.

Couple of Gen-Ed classes with Jenna Fisher at Truman [nee Northeast Missouri State], never really interacted w/her though, much to my chagrin.

Ahh, Ms. 'The Hammer.' Oh, and it's Juergensen.

Mike Hutchence and Helena Christensen. Very cool.

My friend works with the Children's Hospital people. The whole David Wain/Ken Marino group. I've met Ken and Paul Rudd. Oh - and David Koechner, but that because our families know each other.

He's an MU guy, which I'll forgive. Really, really nice. He got me tickets to his show once, and this unknown comic named Zac Galifinakis was opening. That was a trip.

The comedy people I am more in touch with are SNL people, honestly. I was at the Groundlings for a long time, so you just end up becoming friends with people who go on to be really successful.

One of my friends is about to blow up. It's pretty cool to watch.

Ken's kids and my daughter go to preschool together. He and Erica are nice people.

Never met Erica, actually. But yeah, that guy is great. I think he's getting funnier as time goes on. Burning Love is hilarious.

Thankfully, the wife and I aren't at preschool time yet. That train's on the track though, and you know it isn't slowing down. LA preschool is insane, man.
