He's the Dan Sorensen of WRs. Thanks for your service and a few great catches in key times. Good luck in HOU.

His spot is suddenly in jeopardy.

He showed us something on returns, but with Royals drafted at WR and Smith (RB) and Williams (CB) being great returners in college, his spot at WR6 has suddenly become a bit precarious.

We'll see how it all shakes out in training camp.

Royals is still not 100%. I doubt he figures in the pubt / kick return plans. However, you raise an interesting point.

If you’re correct, wow. Pretty unreal.

Smart signing by the Texans IMO

Watson brings them some championship experience, and he can still make 2-3 nice catches a game for them here and there

In the Luther Burden thread when someone was making a case for him I heard that Watson had more snaps on offense than any other receiver which does make sense if you think about Rice being hurt, Hopkins being new, Worthy being a rookie, etc.

But yeah room to grow for the whole receiving room now. Watson, Hopkins, Hardman all gone

I don’t think there’s another team in football history, at least in the modern passing era, who goes 15-2 and makes the Super Bowl with Justin freaking Watson taking more snaps than any other WR. Plus, it’s not like they still had prime Kelce, he was basically a non-factor. It’s actually mind boggling to think about.
