I been needing to lose weight. Changed my diet and exercise more. That's the easy part. Been doing good. Lost about 25-30lbs.
The hard part is not eating late at night after I smoke and get the super duper munchies. I've been managing to resist temptation but man it puts me in a cranky mood I can't satisfy that need.
Need to stay strong...prayers are welcome.

If you're gonna snack, go with protein - almonds, cheese, something like that.
I had weight loss surgery about 3 years ago and changed my diet pretty radically. The only time I've gained weight back is when they fiddled with my psych meds. I smoke pretty much every night and don't get the munchies anymore - just sip on a mixture of coffee and protein shake or have a handful of almonds.
