Awful basketball by one team and god awful basketball by the other.

The worst game of the year coming directly after what was probably the 3 best games of the year the last 2 days.

Yeah, like I said great defense and they are coached really well.

They’re apparently so good that Curry can even get carried to wins by them when he isn’t even playing the games

There are times when Minnesota looks like the obvious favorites to win it all.

There are also times when Minnesota looks like the obvious favorites to win the draft lottery.

Really ****ing frustrating that they've gone two straight games playing like this.

One more quarter of the worst game of basketball ever played.

BWillie 05-06-2025 09:54 PM

This might be worse than college basketball.

Jfc.

I don’t know who I can even trust to knock off the Warriors anymore after this shitshow. Is it just Jokic?

It's been brutal. That lazy, defensively-disinterested Lakers team made these Wolves look much better than they actually are.

If only that also explained the TWolves (an elite defensive team) getting torched defensively by a Curry-less Warriors team with a bunch of scrubs on the floor at all times.

Minnesota is effectively a better version of the Rockets with an actual superstar. They’ll trash them if they make it there.

That doesn't look to be the case after game 1. You still sticking with the "trash them" Warriors?

Heck the Warriors held the Wolves to under 90 points. Even with Curry out the Warriors continue to show what a great team they have been towards the end of the season.

It's only one game but that defense the Warriors are playing is a tough out. Steve Kerr deserves a lot of credit as well.

Denver looks to be the team to beat. They have experience and Jokic.

Those "Scrubs" looked like they can play some great defense.

The TWolves held themselves under 90 points. That was like watching the University of Nebraska play basketball in mid-December.

OKC is still the team to beat.
