It took Jack (DUH) Del Rio five years to figure out his OL from Coughlin sukked.

Haley is disappointed with the offense and thinks he can do a better job calling the plays?

It is stupid to think a new GM and new head coach came in and just took the word of the previous OC. And if they did that, they should both hand in their resignation tomorrow. ,

Me too. He wants to be HC, OC and QB Coach. Sounds like a recipe for disaster unless he is a genius with unlimited time. Maybe he can find a way to work 36 hours a day, but this smacks of a Josh McDaniels "I know better than everyone about everything and you can hit the road if you don't think I'm a genius."

Good point. You'd hate to have a coach who's ego completely torpedoed a 2-14 juggernaut.

cuz that's what i'm saying, you reerun.

At some point if a boss just yells all the time, people will tune them out. They same goes for all the drama crap. I'm not trying overreact, but it's a concern. If this shit doesn't work then Haley will lose the team and probably never get it back.

*crosses fingers* hoping for the best.

Very weird timing.

Maybe it went something like this.

Chan: "Hey, you know, I think Thigpen gives us the best chance to win in week one."

Haley: "F**k you, clean out your desk."

I usually agree with that concept. But the only difference with these Patriots guys though... to their credit, if you can't handle it, you'll be gone. And somebody else who can handle it will be in your place.

This is fantastic news. I never wanted him here in the first place.

While there is some argument for Chan not having enough talent, as a fan, I'm just damn happy to see a HC who actually holds his coaches accountable.

classic!

My thoughts on this are pretty simple I guess. Shit wasn't working, let's try some new shit.

Like anyone would miss most of the current members of this team if they got lost. :#

Personally, I hope the housecleaning continues!

It's not just about current coaches and players. If Haley loses it he might get the rep around the league that could effect his ability to ever be a successful Head Coach.

I expect gailey to join herm at looking bad on NFL Live

How has that been working for Mangini and Crennel?
