He looks baaaaaaad, gents. I’m struggling to come up with any silver linings.

He’s watching the rush, he’s a one-read passer, he’s throwing balls into his receivers feet.

He is presently a bad quarterback. He’s not doing anything well out there.

Something is wrong. The question is whether Andy and EB can fix him

I think Henne deserves a chance to play.

Chief Northman 11-07-2021 05:25 PM

Sit him a series or two. Wake his ass up.

Looked sharp on our first drive at least we had a running game but then we get our RT hurt and in comes ACME RT Wile E. Coyte. Just doesn't seem the same offense

Broken.. no. Distracted… seems like it. How much time is involved in shooting all these commercials. This is just an easy thing we can all see. Who knows how busy his schedule is outside of football.

All those commercials are shot in the offseason

Yeah, FFS... do people think commercials are shot live or something?

Yeah, that new State Farm commercial you just saw must have been shot during a practice that Mahomes missed... jfc.

How is Patrick supposed to get "fixed" if guys keep dropping passes that hit them in the hands on third down?

Ok. The main point was he seems distracted.

I doubt anyone is blind to all of the other struggles on top of Mahomes' struggles.... there's plenty to go around.

They can't seem to get everyone in a groove at the same moment. There's always something to screw it up. Sometimes it is Mahomes blowing it with bad reads or throws. Sometimes it's a drop by receiver, or a fumble by receiver/RB/Mahomes...or a terrible trick play call by Andy to lose yardage...or a penalty by the OL. Always something.

The not seeing the field well goes back to last season. It’s just getting worst seemingly every game though.

I still don't believe anything is wrong with Mahomes. If anything this is a learning season for him that he has to adjust to defenses as they have adjusted to him however his targets need to catch the ****ing ball and at least 4 of his picks this season have been tip balls because his target can't hang onto the heat he delivers so his INT are skewed . We’re gonna need a FG to clinch this and right now that looks like climbing Mount Everest

MAG 11-07-2021 05:55 PM

Definitely broken at this point. Every game he gets worse.
