Can't believe I'm going to say this but...Cali. :Lin:

Cool. At some point let's meet up for a wheatgrass smoothie and bean burger.

You're on used needle patrol and I'm on human poo patrol when we walk. We'll wear flip flops.

That's a nice way to put it........ I know where that house is. Been to Bend a couple of dozen times in the past 10 years. I will take the land and gut the house.

No kidding.

I'd be walking around with a couple pairs of the owners clothing, a trinket, and some ammo looking for a cashier thinking I was at a Cabela's.

I voted for both these houses in round 1 (providing there was carcass removal), but the Cali house wins in a landslide in my brain.

California it is, lots of stuff to do within 100 miles, unlike Oregon.

The CA house is in Marin County, CA where I plan to settle (perhaps in this house) once I win the Powerball.

California.

Oregon = too much horse stuff and that pool is inexcusably pathetic for a house/property of that size and price.

Oregon, easy.
Beautiful property. A lot of acreage. No commie laws.

You might want to check into Oregon on the commie laws. They've gone very, very hard left in recent years.

Cali home easily for me. I really dig that house. Also, Russian River Brewing, and a lot of great wine country within that 100 mile range.
