We're about to peel out of here but I'll be back tomorrow for an overnight. The restaurant was pretty weird this morning. It was full of a bunch of dorky people who think they're intellectuals. They just wreaked of worthlessness. My grandson who did a nice job of coloring Dory and Nemo was obviously the smartest guy in the room.

Something from the restaurant gave me an issue but now were going to point the Conestoga west and head out across the prairie. **** Omaha! Omaha!

No idea if Wheatfield's is still around, but it's also a pretty great breakfast/bakery restaurant.

If you're heading west out of Lincoln, best to do it at night. That's when all the wildlife comes out. Don't break down. :D

We head that way tomorrow so maybe we'll check it out if it's still open.

The Engine House in the Havelock part of Lincoln is good for breakfast

I was in Lincoln a couple weeks ago and saw that they opened one there as well.

D'Leons in Lincoln is similar, so is Ponchos in the KC area.

No, ex and her family are from there so I have spent significant time there. Literally, just eat average food and licking Herby Husker’s taint is all there is to do in that town.

I believe that I'm going to have to try both. My job is sending me to Omaha from September 6-17. I just searched for Omaha and found this post Anything else to do in Omaha? I think that I'm going to have a lot of time to kill.
