Their offense is fine aside from their OL being blah, but their defense is full if huge holes especially with Mayo not playing.

Really? The Pat's "O" didn't look too spiffy Monday night at home against Buffalo.

And, your are seriously underrating the Jets offense. They went into Houston and kicked their asses.

Brady had 39 competions for almost 400 yds. they started slow, but thats pretty good.

and the jets run the ball well but i wouldnt want sanchez throwing with 2 min left. granted im judging this off of him being a rookie but still

Perhaps this has been covered before, but Rex Ryan as a first year head coach sending out a voice mail to all his season ticket holders ... a bit lame. Calm down there son. He says the Pats have the better QB and coach, pretentiously so that he doesn't get blamed for cock-swagger ...

Yeah, that's real smart. "Judge it off of being a rookie", not from his performances this season.

The Patriots defense isn't what it used to be so in all likelihood, this will be a close game.

'Hamas' Jenkins 09-18-2009 05:43 PM

The Jets defense has an attitude that ours would be well served to pick up. You need a bunch of "crazed dogs" for those units to work best.

DrRyan 09-18-2009 05:49 PM

Rex Ryan and his shooting off at the mouth, trash talking is all good and well when they are winning. I will be interested to see how he handles it when things are not going so well. Not the Ryan's best suit by far. Buddy, Rob, at some point Rex...

You can call Harrison dirty if you want. I guess with all the fines maybe he earned the reputation.

But bottomline....he's the guy everyone hates when he plays for the other team and he's exactly the guy you want on your team.

When the Pats picked him up, Milloy was still on the team. I hated Harrison in preseason that year. I saw him doing a lot of trash talking to opponents on the field and of course that reputation followed him to NE. And I was pissed when Milloy was released. I felt like the leader of the D was let go but Harrison presence soon made all NE fans forget about Milloy.

It didn't take long to figure out he was a defensive leader on the field and a great guy in the locker room and off the field.

Harrison was a key figure when the Pats won 2 of their 3 SB's. And the Pats including Harrison did all their talking on the field during that time, not in the media.

The Jets better back up the smack talk tomorrow or it may end up being a long season for them. Belichick is not going to say it but I'm sure he's chomping at the bit to give Ryan a big ole STFU beat down.

And you know the NY media will be all over these guys Monday if the Pats lay a licking on them. I honestly don't know what is going to happen but it should be interesting to say the least.

What do you say now about that vaunted Pats "O"?

Sanchez?

Let's hear it.

I'm sure it'll be just as entertaining and uninformed as your other posts.

LMAO

because the teams are from the east coast.

oh well.i didnt see the game so i cant comment on sanchez or the pats O

what i CAN say is that tom brady was without one of his best weapons. and i think the jets will get a "return to sender" when brady and the offense starts gelling. bradys peckerslapped better Ds before
