If it happened while you were walking along the city, should it be prosecuted? Some kid running onto a field doesn't get immunity to hit defenseless people.

Someone already mentioned earlier, why does the kid get a pass because he was stepping onto a football field? If it were in any other setting how would you feel about the charges being filed?
